Wandering Walls

• Standard Occupancy: 14 guests (including infants).
• Maximum Capacity: Up to 17 guests (extra fees apply). Extra beds are only available in the "Dan Chi" (max 2) and "Zheng" double room (max 1, accommodating up to 3 adults in total).
• Guest Count Changes: The exact number of guests must be confirmed upon booking. Any changes must be notified at least 3 days prior to arrival. No additional guests can be added on the day of check-in. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered visitors will result in forfeiture of the deposit and claims for actual damages.

Extra Fees (Breakfast & Happy Hour Package)

• Under 5 years old: Free.
• 6-12 years old (no extra bed): NT$ 1,100.
• Under 12 years old (with extra bed): NT$ 2,000.
• 13 years and older (with extra bed): NT$ 2,800.

Extra Fees (Accommodation Only Package)

• Under 5 years old: Free.
• 6-12 years old (no extra bed): NT$ 300.
• Under 12 years old (with extra bed): NT$ 1,100.
• 13 years and older (with extra bed): NT$ 1,700.

• Overtime Staff Service: Dedicated staff will be on standby from 08:00 to 21:00. If on-site service is required after 21:00, two staff members will be assigned to stay, subject to an overtime fee of NT$ 2,000 per hour.
• Dining Policy: Dinners are not included in the room rates, and kitchen facilities are not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring outside food (our staff can assist with microwaving). Alternatively, you may discuss dinner arrangements with us after booking; actual availability and arrangements will depend on on-site staffing and conditions.

• Deposit & Security Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. A security deposit of NT$ 20,000 will be collected upon check-in and fully refunded upon check-out, provided no regulations have been violated and the property remains undamaged.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are handled in accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Committee (e.g., full refund minus NT$ 100 processing fee if canceled 14 days prior; no refund for same-day cancellations).
• Typhoon Policy: If the Central Weather Administration issues a land typhoon warning covering Pingtung County during your stay, you may request a full refund (minus a NT$ 100 processing fee) or retain the deposit for six months.

• Check-in/Out: Check-in: 15:00-18:00 (valid ID required). Check-out: Before 11:00 (late check-out is not available).
• Visitors & Access: To ensure privacy, visitors are strictly prohibited. Access to staff dormitories and working areas is not permitted.
• Cleanup & Hours: The MTG lobby lounge is available until midnight (24:00). Please restore the space and close all doors and windows after use. If the area is left excessively messy, a cleaning fee of NT$ 5,000 may apply.
• Non-Smoking & Pet Policy: The entire property is strictly non-smoking (except in designated areas). Pets are not allowed. Violators will be denied entry and forfeit their deposit.
• Safety & Prohibited Items: Portable gas stoves or induction cookers are not allowed indoors. Fireworks, heavy drinking, loud parties, gambling, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to the police immediately.
• Damages: Please treat the property and furnishings with care. Guests will be held liable for any damages or missing items discovered upon check-out. Failure to comply with these rules may result in forfeiture of the deposit and request to vacate the property.
